Quiet bed-and-breakfast place in a suburb of Innsbruck. Our place is situated on the "Innpromenade", where you can discover the quiet banks of the river Inn, either on foot or by bike. Within a five minute walking distance there are an artificial lake, a public swimming pool, a sauna, a riding-stable and two tennis courts. You can travel to and from the town centre very easily by bus (distance: 4.5 km), taking you only 7 minutes. Baby cots are also available. Our breakfast buffet includes hearty dishes like cold meat and cheese, traditional items like honey, jam, nutella and other bread spreads as well as muesli and cereals. We are also pleased to fulfil additional wishes on request.  We offer comfortable one-, two- and three-bed rooms equipped with shower and toilet facilities, phone, TV, and sometimes balcony.
